Los Angeles Alumni once again represented itself well during the annual 2013 Kingdom Day Parade. The parade held annually to commemorate the legacy of the civil rights great is a staple and highlight of the African American calendar in Los Angeles. LA Alumni brothers, undergraduate brothers from Beta Omega (USC, Pepperdine and Loyola Marymount), Los Angeles Alumni Kappa Leaguers, and the beautiful Kappa Kourt once again took center stage during the parade. The crowd along the parade route stood and sat with rapt attention as the undergraduate brothers and the Kappa Leaguers performed intricate steps along the parade way. Past chapter Polemarch Dr. Carlton Blanton rode along the route in a vintage Mercedes Benz and other chapter brothers adorned the Kappa float in their classic red blazers.
